EMC’s professionals have the expertise, community familiarity, available resources and experience in road design to provide quality services in a timely and cost effective method. Many citizens have commented how refreshing it is to see road designs being completed for road projects that have been on the paving list for years. It has been noted by local business leaders that the hiring of EMC Engineering Services is one of the best moves that the Commissioners have made in a number of years regarding professional services.
