EMC Engineering Services, Inc. provided surveying, civil engineering and construction phase services for the development of a 40-acre residential complex. Form at Statesboro, developed by Parkland Development Corporation and Greystar, is a luxury student living apartment complex. Form at Statesboro will serve the students of Georgia Southern University, offering studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Forum amenities include indoor basketball, swimming pool, sand volleyball, dog park and a car-washing station.

EMC was delighted to provide surveying, civil design, planning/concept services, zoning services, environmental services, NPDES permitting and monitoring for this high-end living complex. The scope of work included Construction plans, which consisted of a topographic survey, site plan, paving grading and drainage plan, utilities plan, multi-phase erosion control plan, GDOT sidewalk extension plans for approximately 3200 linear feet, storm and sanitary sewer profiles, and construction details.

Forum at Statesboro will fully open in the fall of 2012 and will house 730 students.
