EMC provided Ogeechee Technical College professional services relating to the TCSG-346 Screven County Commercial Truck Driving Range project, which included Planning, Phase I Environmental Site Assessment and GEPA, Geotechnical Evaluation, Topographic and Boundary Survey, Minor Land Subdivision, Civil Design and Permitting, building design under Architectural Sub-Consultant IPG, Inc., and Construction Administration Services. EMC consistently provided quality inspection services with a staff that met or exceeded the needs of District 5 and the Department. The staff they provided was dedicated, flexible, and willing to work nights, weekends and overtime when called upon to do so. EMC successfully fulfilled their contractual obligations while performing CEI services in District 5 on past contracts.
