Parks and recreation facilities relate the leisure time of people to the land with the goal of improving the quality of life and the environment. Recreation facilities provide green space within our communities and can be used to preserve sensitive environmental and historical features. The EMC team has provided master planning, design, preparation of construction documents, as well as assisting in the construction of recreation facilities of all varieties. EMC has worked with municipalities, counties, private developers, architects and state agencies on projects for sports complexes, playgrounds, greenways/trails, residential common areas, and urban parks and squares.
